Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 37.56 points or 0.06 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood flat 59,586.02 signifying a slight gain of 18.22 points or 0.03 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals fell by 0.14 per cent, power and auto stood.
Meanwhile, Mirza International Ltd, Mastek Ltd and LT Foods Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

Mastek Ltd rallied 5.07 per cent to trade at Rs 1665.00 apiece. The company reported excellent quarterly performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. Revenue from operations jumped 22 per cent YoY to Rs 709.2 crore compared to Rs 581.5 crore from previous year’s same quarter. However, net profit was down by 17.7 per cent to crore 72.6 crore from Rs 88.2 crore.
LT Foods Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.92 per cent to trade at Rs 111.40 apiece. Shares of rice producing companies are making have been on the rise after a report by research agency Fitch Solutions said that the global market for the commodity will log its biggest shortfall in two decades this year.
