Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 108.96 points or 0.18 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index was trading at the level of 57,944.95, signifying gains of 19.67 points or 0.03 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined by 0.31 per cent, power strengthened by 0.72 per cent whereas auto surged by 0.06 per cent.
Meanwhile, Adani Green Energy Ltd, Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd and OnMobile Global Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. None of these companies have made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in their share prices could be driven purely by the market forces.
Adani Green Energy Ltd, a S&P BSE 200 company, surged 3.71 per cent to trade at Rs 1018.85 apiece.
Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd, a S&P BSE SmallCap company, rallied 3.54 per cent to trade at Rs 966.95 apiece.
OnMobile Global Ltd, another S&P BSE SmallCap company, climbed 3.01 per cent to trade at Rs 68.50 apiece.
