Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 219.87 points or 0.36 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index was trading at the level of 61,503.96, signifying gains of 228.87 points or 0.37 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined by 0.50 per cent, power strengthened by 0.15 per cent whereas auto surged by 0.36 per cent.

Meanwhile, Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd, D B Realty Ltd and JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.  

Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, surged 4.23 per cent to trade at Rs 986 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.  

D B Realty Ltd, an S&P BSE SmallCap company, rallied 4.02 per cent to trade at Rs 68.55 apiece. On Tuesday, the company announced its Q3FY23 results. As per the exchange filing, the company's revenue grew to Rs 622.7 crore from Rs 8.03 crore.

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, another S&P BSE 500 company, climbed 3.79 per cent to trade at Rs 2029.95 apiece. Apart from the results announcement last week, the company has not made any significant announcements of late.
