Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 234.54 points or 0.39 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index weakened to 59,862.85, signifying loss of 95.18 points or 0.16 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined by 0.25 per cent, power was trading flat whereas auto surged by 0.1 per cent.
Meanwhile, ITI Ltd, DB Realty Ltd and Bharti Airtel Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
ITI Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, surged 3.91 per cent to trade at Rs 107.55 apiece. Yesterday, the company announced that it has secured laptop orders worth Rs 25 crore from Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE).
DB Realty Ltd, an S&P BSE SmallCap company, rallied 3.91 per cent to trade at Rs 93 apiece. On Wednesday, the company informed that along with its wholly owned subsidiary Goregaon Hotel and Realty Pvt Ltd, it has executed settlement agreements with Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd (Lender) for loans given by the lender in the past. This action is aligned with the company's aim of reducing its debt obligations.
Bharti Airtel Ltd, a leading telecommunications services provider, climbed 2.86 per cent to trade at Rs 394.95 apiece. The rally comes after the company has commenced rolling out of 5G services in various cities.
