Meanwhile, Phoenix Mills, Coffee Day Enterprises, and Ajanta Pharma emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Phoenix Mills Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, surged 3.24 per cent to trade at Rs 1,468.95 apiece. On September 13 (Tuesday), the company concluded the investor interaction with Eastspring Investments.
Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd rallied 2.41 per cent to trade at Rs 68 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in its share price could be driven purely by market forces.
Ajanta Pharma Ltd, another S&P BSE 500 company, climbed 1.85 per cent to trade at Rs 1,423 apiece. On September 12 (Monday), the company reported that an inspection by USFDA was conducted at its Dahej facility. At the end of the inspection, the company was issued Form 483 with two procedural observations. The company is in the process of responding to the same within the stipulated time prescribed by USFDA.
