Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 112.67 points or 0.19 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at the level of 59,252.54, signifying a loss of 80.06 points or 0.13 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined 0.1 per cent whereas power and auto surged 0.2 per cent each.
Meanwhile, Healthcare Global Enterprises Ltd, Apollo Pipes Ltd, and Brightcom Group Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Healthcare Global Enterprises Ltd, an S&P BSE Smallcap company, rallied 6.12 per cent to trade at Rs 291.50 apiece. On Wednesday, the company reported its results for the quarter ended June 2022.
Apollo Pipes Ltd, another S&P BSE Smallcap company, surged 4.85 per cent to trade at Rs 499 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements lately. Hence, the rally in its share price could be purely driven by the market forces.
Brightcom Group Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, climbed 4.31 per cent to trade at Rs 39.95 apiece. On Thursday, the company announced the appointment of Shreedhar Reddy as the new General Manager, Indian Operations.
