Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 22.8 points or 0.04 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index marginally strengthened to 58,422.46, signifying gains of 34.53 points or 0.06 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined by 0.12 per cent, power strengthened by 0.4 per cent whereas auto climbed 0.3 per cent.
Meanwhile, Subex Ltd, Paisalo Digital Ltd, and UCO Bank Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Subex Ltd, an S&P BSE Smallcap company, rallied 7.06 per cent to trade at Rs 47 apiece. This rally comes ahead of the company's Q1FY23 results, which shall be announced today.
Paisalo Digital Ltd, another S&P BSE Smallcap company, surged 6.78 per cent to trade at Rs 85 apiece. This rally came after the company posted its Q1FY23 results on Friday post market hours. As per the exchange filing, the company’s topline grew 22 per cent to Rs 112.6 crore whereas PAT grew 24 per cent YoY to Rs 20.9 crore.
UCO Bank Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, climbed 6 per cent to trade at Rs 12.55 apiece. This rally came on the back of robust Q1FY23 results posted by the company on Friday. As per the filing, the company’s net profit grew 21.41 per cent to Rs 123.61 crore.
