Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 122.12 points or 0.2 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index strengthened to the level of 58,687.18, signifying a gain of 336.65 points or 0.58 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined by 0.5 per cent, power strengthened by 0.9 per cent, whereas auto climbed 0.4 per cent.
Meanwhile, Subex Ltd, Borosil Ltd, and Tata Metaliks Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. All three stocks are a part of S&P BSE Smallcap index.
Subex Ltd, a Bengaluru-based software company, rallied 18.32 per cent to trade at Rs 39.40 apiece. On Tuesday, the company announced a collaboration with Jio Platforms Limited (JPL), a leading Indian technology company (a subsidiary of RIL).
Borosil Ltd, a Mumbai-based glassware company, surged 12.09 per cent to trade at Rs 380.95 apiece. On Tuesday, the company reported a scheme of arrangement with Klass Pack Limited as well as Borosil Technologies Limited.
Meanwhile, Tata Metaliks Ltd, a leading pig iron manufacturing company, climbed 5.25 per cent to trade at Rs 758.85 apiece.
