Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 126.4 points or 0.21 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index further strengthened to 57,818.56, signifying gains of 248.31 points or 0.43 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined 1.5 per cent, power strengthened by 0.4 per cent whereas auto climbed 0.72 per cent.
Meanwhile, three companies from the Small-Cap space i.e. Nazara Technologies Ltd, Techno Electric & Engineering Company, and Fairchem Organics Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Nazara Technologies Ltd, an S&P BSE Smallcap company, rallied 6.76 per cent to trade at Rs 566 apiece. The company reported its Q1FY23 results on Friday after market hours. During the quarter, the company’s top line grew 70 per cent YoY to Rs 223.1 crore whereas the bottom line grew 22 per cent to Rs 16.5 crore.
Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd from the engineering, designing, and construction space, surged 5.97 per cent to trade at Rs 309.80 apiece. On Friday, the company announced its daily buyback of equity shares.
Fairchem Organics Ltd, a speciality chemicals company, climbed 5.73 per cent to trade at Rs 1,645 apiece. As per the exchange filing released on Thursday, the company is set to announce its Q1FY23 results on August 9, 2022.
