These stocks from S&P BSE 250 SmallCap space were trading in the green after strong demand from buyers.

The benchmark index S&P BSE 250 SmallCap Index opened on Monday at 3,875.33 and made its day high at 3,880.37 and is currently trading down by 0.15 per cent. 

From the same space, these are the top 3 companies that outperformed the benchmark index and were up by more than 4 per cent today.  

Shares of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited were trading up by more than 4.5 per cent on BSE today. The scrip closed on Friday at Rs 276.50 and opened on Monday at Rs 28 a piece. Shares touched their 52-week high today at Rs 290.00 after the surge. The 52-week high of the stock stood at Rs 290.00, whereas the 52-week low is at Rs 102.70. Presently the promoters are holding a 74.62 per cent stake in the company and the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 0.21 per cent and 25.16 per cent, respectively.  

Another top player today is Aether Industries Limited. Shares were trading up by more than 4 per cent on BSE during the day. The stock opened at Rs 902.05 a piece and touched its day high at Rs 969.90. The 52-week high of Aether Industries Limited is at Rs 1,050.00, whereas the 52-week low stood at Rs 699.85. The promoters are holding around 87.07 per cent stake in the company, whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 9.91 per cent and 3.01 per cent, respectively.  

One more top gainer today which shot up by over 5.5 per cent is Can Fin Homes Limited. The stock opened at Rs 524.05 and touched its day high at Rs 554.80. On Friday, the shares closed at Rs 520.60 a piece. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 685, whereas the 52-week low stood at Rs 408. Currently, the promoters are holding about 29.99 per cent stake in the company, whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 33.47 per cent and 36.53 per cent, respectively.
