Top 10 holdings of best large-cap funds
Large-cap funds invest in the top companies i.e., the first hundred companies in terms of market capitalisation. These funds are open-ended equity schemes, predominantly investing in large-cap stocks. Minimum 80 per cent is invested towards equity and equity-related instruments of large-cap companies. These companies are highly reputed and have an excellent track record of generating wealth for their investors over a long period. Large-cap funds are less risky than small-cap and mid-cap funds.
