This telecom infrastructure company bags an order worth Rs 282.61 crore from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation!

On March 29, 2023, HFCL Limited informed in the exchange filing that the company has bagged an order worth Rs 282.61 crore from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited, for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of telecommunication systems for Surat metro rail project phase-I.
The order is to be executed within ninety weeks from the date of the contract. The order involves setting up telecommunication systems for the Surat metro rail project phase-I of Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited.

Today, the stock opened at Rs 56.57 and made a high and low of Rs 57.75 and 56.42. The stock previously closed at Rs 56.56. It is currently trading at Rs 57.54, up by 1.73 per cent.
The scrip is a part of group A with a market capitalization of Rs 7927.62 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 88.80 and a 52-week low of 51.55. The company has a ROCE of 19.2 per cent and an ROE of 13.5 per cent.
