The company informed the exchange, through the operational update for Q3 and 9M FY23, that it has recorded highest ever quarterly sales of Rs 716 crore, witnessing a growth of 95 per cent on QoQ

On Friday, shares of Kolte Patil Developers surged more than 18.9 per cent to make an intraday high of Rs 312.30. The scrip witnessed a spurt in volume by more than 26.26 times.  

The company informed the exchange, through the operational update for Q3 and 9M FY23, that it has recorded highest ever quarterly sales of Rs 716 crore, witnessing a growth of 95 per cent on QoQ and 28 per cent on YoY basis. It also recorded highest ever quarterly sales volumes of 1.13 mn.sq.ft, up by 31 per cent on YoY basis.   

Group CEO Rahul Talele commented that this growth has been achieved on the back of firm realizations and highest ever quarterly sales volumes which improved 102 per cent on QoQ basis. Their performance was marked by significant contribution from new launches and continued momentum of customer traction.
