This software company signs the largest-ever contract worth USD 160 million!

On March 22, 2023, Sonata Software Limited informed in the exchange filing that the company has signed its largest-ever contract with a Total contract value (TCV) of USD 160 million for ten years with a US-based consumer retail company. The company will be managing end-to-end IT modernization and transformation for the client.
In the recent quarter, the company posted very strong results, where revenue grew 21 per cent YoY and PAT also grew by more than 20 per cent.

The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 1535.50 and a 52-week low of Rs 860. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 13,990 crore.
