This real estate developer posted the highest ever annual sales with booking value growing to Rs 12,232 crore!

Godrej Properties Limited, a real estate company, informed in the exchange filing that the company has posted the highest-ever quarterly and annual sales. The Q4FY23 bookings of the company stood at Rs 4,051 crore and the FY23 booking value grew by 56 per cent to Rs 12,232 crore. The sales volumes for the quarter grew by 19 per cent QoQ in area terms from 4.42 million sq. ft. to 5.25 million sq. ft. And sales volumes for the full financial year grew by 40 per cent in area terms from 10.84 million sq. ft. to 15.21 million sq. ft.
The company posted the highest ever quarterly and annual project deliveries with delivered projects aggregating over 10 million sq. ft. across 5 cities in FY23 including 7.6 million sq. ft. in Q4. The company added 18 new projects in FY23 with a total estimated saleable area of nearly 29 million sq. ft. and a total estimated booking value of Rs 32,000 crore which is more than double the guidance of Rs 15,000 crore of estimated booking value for FY23. This included 5 new projects with an expected booking value of Rs 5,750 crore in Q4.
On Thursday, the stock opened at Rs 1248.00, with a high and low of Rs 1288.50 and Rs 1241.05 The stock closed trading at Rs 1282.05, up by 2.85 per cent over its previous close of Rs 1246.55. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 1674.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 1005.70.
