Paper sacks and flexible laminates are produced by B&A Packaging India Ltd (BAPIL). The business headquarter is in Kolkata (West Bengal) and it has a plant in Balasore (Odisha).  

 

Additionally, printed laminates, multiwall sacks, and plastic pouches are some other products that the company offers. The company can produce 1.5 million paper sacks and 180 million tonnes of laminate every month. The board of directors of the firm has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2022. At the current market price of Rs 208, the dividend yield is 0.75 per cent. Investors must be informed of the record date that the company has stated in order to assess the shareholders' eligibility.  

 

In a regulatory filing, the company’s board of directors stated that B&A Packaging India has set August 25, 2022 (Thursday) as the record date for the purpose of recognising members, who will be paid a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. 

 

Today the shares of B&A Packaging India Ltd are trading for Rs 208, up by 4.50 per cent against its previous close. The stock price increased from Rs 2.62 on January 25, 2019, to the current price level of Rs 199.00 as of August 5, 2022, at 3.30 pm. This is a multibagger ">Multi-bagger return of 7,495.42 per cent and an approximate CAGR of 150.94 per cent.  

 

The stock has lost 9.85 per cent of its value over the previous year while year-to-date in 2022, it lost 26.16 per cent. The stock lost 2.57 per cent in the last month and 26.84 per cent over the last six months. The stock's 52-week high on BSE was Rs 355.40 on January 12, 2022, while its 52-week low was Rs 152.00 on June 21, 2022, meaning to say that it is currently trading 44 per cent below its 52-week high and 30.92 per cent above its 52-week low.
