According to Forbes' 2023 edition of "The Global 2000," Reliance Industries has maintained its position as the leading Indian corporation. In the overall ranking of 2000 worldwide corporations, Reliance Industries came in at number 45, ahead of popular brands like Germany's BMW Group, Switzerland's Nestle, China's Alibaba Group, the United States' Procter and Gamble, and Japan's Sony. Reliance Industries' rating in the top list of global corporates increased noticeably from 53 in 2022 to 45 in 2023.
The scrip opened today at Rs 2,518.05 and touched the day high and low of Rs 2,555.00 and Rs 2,516.60, respectively. Its 52-week high stood at Rs 2,754.70, whereas its 52-week low was Rs 2,180.00. The current market cap of the company is Rs 17,23,201.14 crore. Promoters hold 50.41 per cent, whereas the Institutional and non-institutional holding are 38.71 per cent and 10.89 per cent respectively.
