The work order is for the development, operation and maintenance of a multi-modal logistics park (MMLP) in Indore near Pithampur, in Dhar District in the state of Madhya Pradesh through public-private partnership on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis.
The project has a construction period of 2 years from the date of appointment which will have an operation period of 45 years.
