These three stocks are the BSE 500 top gainers after trading in red for a long time!

PNB Housing Finance, Solara Active Pharma and Indoco Remedies showed positive action in today’s session.

In today’s volatile session, benchmark indices BSE Sensex closed 261 points or 0.5 per cent lower at 57881.07, while Nifty 50 lost 23 points or 0.1 per cent to close at 17329.20. After, a comeback session on Tuesday, the benchmark indices exhibited nervousness despite strength in global markets led by the easing of tension of the Russia-Ukraine war. 

  In the broader market, BSE Midcap closed flat at 24017.28 while BSE Smallcap ended in green at 28161.67 with a gain of 0.42 per cent. Strength in Realty, Healthcare, Oil& Gas and Telecom were countered by weakness in Metal and Banks. BSE 500 was largely range-bound and closed flat at 23510.59.

PNB Housing Finance, Solara Active Pharma and Indoco Remedies showed positive action in today’s session. 

PNB Housing Finance soared 9.8 per cent with an intraday high and low of Rs 466.55 and Rs 398 and finally closed at Rs 436. Today’s rally has helped the stock bridge some gap while the stock is still 53 per cent  down from its 52-week high of Rs. 924. 

Solara Active Pharma Sciences was another stock that was out of favour due to weak Q3 numbers, having fallen nearly 36 per cent in the last one week logging its 52-week low of Rs 605.40 in yesterday’s session. Today the stock rallied 8.11 per cent in today’s trading session to close at Rs 667.55 with intraday high and low of Rs 675.15 and Rs 625.15.  

Indoco Remedies rallied 7.69 per cent in today’s session. The stock closed at Rs 373.95 with an intraday high and low of Rs 379 and Rs 349. The company reported its Q3 results with net sales up by 7.7 per cent at Rs 332.3 crore and net profit up by 30.1 per cent at Rs 33 crore compared to the same quarter last year.
