Tech Mahindra partners with US-based football team
IT major Tech Mahindra on Thursday announced signing a four-year technology partnership deal with a US-based football team Jacksonville Jaguars.
Tech Mahindra said that it would provide tools like artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance the team's front office efficiency and engagement with fans.
The partnership is said to be a part of the company's effort to engage with the local community in the markets where it is already present. The company is also in discussion to partner with six more football clubs in other geographies for technology partnerships.
At 14:23 hours on Friday, Tech Mahindra was trading at Rs. 680.40 per share, up Rs 11.75 or 1.73 per cent on NSE. The stock opened at Rs. 666 from a previous close of Rs. 668.65 and touched an intraday high of Rs. 682.95 per share on NSE. So far, the stock has attracted a traded volume of 31,33,857 shares on NSE.
