Tata Power rises after its subsidiary secures an EPC order worth Rs 538 crore
With this order win, its Utility-Scale EPC order book stands at approximately 4GW (DC) capacity with an approximate value of Rs 9,264 crore (without GST)
Tata Power Co Ltd, an Indian electric utility company engaged in generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, announced this morning that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tata Power Solar Systems Limited (Tata Power Solar) has received a “Letter of Award” (LoA) to construct 100 MW of Distributed Ground Mounted Solar projects for Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL). The EESL project sites are located in Maharashtra.
The cumulative order value of this project stands at Rs 538 crore and its commissioning date is set for 12 months. The project scope includes engineering, design, supply, construction, erection, testing, O&M and commissioning of the solar projects.

At 11.15 am, the share price of Tata Power Co Ltd was trading at Rs 193.95, which is an increase of 1.25 per cent over the previous day’s closing price of Rs 191.55 on BSE.
