Tata Consumer Products collaborate with Flipkart amid lockdown
Tata Consumer Products Limited and e-commerce website, Flipkart have come together to partner for providing essential commodities amidst the nationwide lockdown in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.
The company which provide commodities such as Tata Tea, Tata Tetley, Tata Salt, Tata Sampann, etc will be listed as a seller on Flipkart, post this partnership, in order to enable Indian consumers get combo packs like tea & coffee, spices, pulses, etc offered by Tata Consumer Products. The combo packs have been created keeping in mind the specific needs of consumers as well as significant cost benefits.
For this purpose, Tata Consumer Products underwent Flipkart training for packaging and fulfillment of orders as per the standard operating procedures set by Flipkart. Presently, the service is operational only in Bengaluru but would be soon launched in New Delhi & Mumbai and very soon in tier-2 cities as well.
