Tanla Platforms climbs nearly 4 per cent on launching blockchain-enabled CPaaS platform with Microsoft
The shares of Tanla Platforms Limited were trading up by 4 per cent on Wednesday after the company announced that it has collaborated with Microsoft to launch ‘Wisely’, a blockchain-enabled communication platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) offering built-on Microsoft Azure.
Wisely marketplace is built for digital commerce, and enterprises can discover & collaborate with suppliers for evolving their communication needs. Enterprises can access the network with a single API offering omnichannel capabilities. The marketplace allows easy onboarding of existing suppliers and contracts so that enterprises can discover & expand globally. The blockchain-enabled marketplace generates zero-dispute single-source settlement reports for all stakeholders.
Wisely has been granted three patents in cryptography and blockchain processes by United States Patents & Trademark Office. Through the co-selling agreement with Microsoft, 'Wisely' can reach new customers worldwide and sell both with Microsoft and other partners.
Speaking on the launch, Uday Reddy, Chairman & CEO of Tanla Platforms stated that the newly-launched product is a game-changer for enterprises, mobile carriers, OTT players, marketers, and industry regulators.
On Wednesday, the stock of Tanla Platforms closed at Rs 778.30 per share, up by 3.91 per cent or 29.30 per share. The 52-week high is recorded at Rs 905.15 while its 52-week low is Rs 38 on BSE.
