The summit, held in New Delhi, highlighted Swiggy's partnership with Sulabh International, which allows delivery partners in major cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru to use Sulabh Shauchalya facilities free of charge. Swiggy also revealed its goal to transition to a 100 per cent electric vehicle delivery fleet by 2030 and to facilitate 100 per cent of its restaurant partners in adopting responsible packaging alternatives within the same timeframe.
The company aims to reduce perishable waste by 25 per cent annually and ensure all locally available harvests are indigenously sourced by 2025.
