Shanthi Gears, Westlife Development, Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds, Mask Investments, Softtech Engineers, PC Jeweller and Brand Concepts made a fresh 52-week high today

On Monday, Indian equity markets was dominated by bears. BSE Sensex plummeted by 1.64 per cent to end the trading session at 57,145.2. BSE Small-Cap index underperformed broader markets, recording losses of 3.33 per cent. Top Losers include United Drilling Tools, Dish TV, The Ruby Mills and West Coast Paper Mills. 

The following small-cap stocks are most likely to be in focus on Tuesday, September 27, 2022:    

C.E. Info Systems - The company has entered into an MoU with the Uttar Pradesh Police and Government of Uttar Pradesh. As per the MoU, the company will ease traffic and improve safety in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Technology from MapmyIndia Mappls will be integrated with the government systems and processes on one side and provided to consumers, commuters and citizens for free through the swadeshi Mappls maps & navigation app on the other side.

Alicon Castalloy - The company has announced that it has been selected by Jaguar Land Rover in the United Kingdom to supply eAxle Housing, a critical product for their e-mobility platform. The order win is a multi-million-dollar order for deliveries over 5 years and happens to be the highest-ever order from a single customer for a single product in the company's history. 

Intellect Design Arena - Intellect Global Consumer Banking (iGCB), the retail and central banking arm of the company has announced that it has been appraised at Maturity Level 5 on the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) V2.0 for capabilities in both development and services. CMMI ML5 is the highest appraisal rating that can be achieved and is reserved for organizations that demonstrate true process optimization.

Sterlite Technologies - The company has informed the bourses that Mihir Modi, CFO and key managerial personnel of the company has tendered his resignation and will be relieved from his duties with effect from close of business hours of Friday, October 14, 2022. The scrip plunged by more than 7 per cent in today's session, to record an intra-day low of Rs 159.45 per share on BSE. 

52-week high stocks – Shanthi Gears, Westlife Development, Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds, Mask Investments, Softtech Engineers, PC Jeweller and Brand Concepts made a fresh 52-week high today.
