Ester Industries: Ester Industries Limited on May 6, 2022, had entered into a definitive agreement to sell its engineering plastic business to Radici Plastics India Private Limited, in an all-cash slump sales transaction amounting to Rs 289.33 crore.
MTAR Technologies: MTAR Technologies Limited has secured orders worth Rs 540 crore in the clean energy segment including civil nuclear power. The shares of MTAR Technologies rallied more than 4 per cent, reaching a price of Rs 1,682.05 per share.
Thomas Cook (India): Thomas Cook India & SOTC’s Travel Business Associate (TBA) freelance agent model registers rapid growth post-pandemic. The TBA model witnessed an impressive sales growth of 10x since its inception in 2018 and has already surpassed its pre-pandemic sales. With over 300 partners on board, the companies now aim to scale up their business to maximise this high potential model. The shares of Thomas cook appreciated by more than 4 per cent today to close at a price of Rs 78.75 per share.
