On Wednesday, the domestic indices closed on a weak note. The headline equity indices i.e. Nifty 50 and Sensex slipped 0.62 per cent & 0.56 per cent to end the session at 16,025.80 and 53,749.26, respectively.
BSE Smallcap index significantly underperformed the broader markets by plunging 2.94 per cent to close at 25,123.30. The Top Gainers of the index include Lumax Industries, Minda Industries, Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corp, Steel Exchange India, Aster DM Healthcare, and Brightcom Group. The Top Losers comprise Globus Spirits, GMDC, Techno Electric & Engineering, Dalmia Bharat Sugar, Gujarat Ambuja Exports, and Garden Reach Shipbuilders.

Easy Trip Planners – The company has announced FY22 results with a profit jump by 72.2 per cent to Rs 105.7 crore as against a net profit of Rs 61.4 crore in the corresponding fiscal year. Further, Q4FY22 gross booking revenue (GBR) stood at Rs 1,170.6 crore. Adjusted revenue for FY22 was Rs 400.4 crore, up by 102 per cent YoY. Air segment booking was up by 57 per cent while hotel night booking grew by 136 per cent for FY22.
TCPL Packaging – The company has announced its financial results for the quarter and full-year ended March 31, 2022. Total revenues for Q4FY22 increased 31 per cent to Rs 322.9 crore from Rs 246.4 crore in Q4FY21. Q4FY22 EBITDA improved by 37.4 per cent to Rs 48.4 while PAT improved by 47.1 per cent to Rs 18.5 crore from Rs 12.6 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Aurum PropTech – The company announced that it has achieved successful closure of rights issue of Rs 343.55 crore. It was oversubscribed approximately by 1.05 times. The promoter shareholding post the rights issue has increased from 35.04 per cent to 50.34 per cent. The rights issue proceeds will help further strengthen and provide financial flexibility to capture future growth in line with the company’s strategic plan.
SIS – The company has signed a definitive agreement for the purchase of 49.99 per cent shareholding of Terminix SIS India Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company.
