Agro Phos India, Capital Trust, Gokul Refoils & Solvent, De Nora India, Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals, Rajratan Global Wire, Dev Information Technology, Swelect Energy Systems, Bigbloc Construction, and Veranda Learning Solutions made a fresh 52-week high today

On Monday, domestic equity markets closed on a weak note. Nifty 50 and Sensex ended at 16,971.30 and 56,635.41 respectively, registering losses of 1.17 per cent and 0.98 per cent. 

BSE Smallcap index underperformed broader markets by recording losses of 1.80 per cent and closing at 28,722.50. Top Gainers of the index include Religare Enterprises, HBL Power Systems, Vikas Lifecare, Meghmani Finechem and Mahindra CIE Automotive. Top Losers comprise Future Supply Chain Solutions, Future Lifestyle Fashions, Future Consumer and Future Enterprises. 

The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Tuesday, April 26, 2022:    

Shriram Properties – The company along with LOGOS, an Asia-Pacific logistic specialist, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a potential sale of up to 90 acres of land in Shriram Grand City at Uttarpara, Kolkata, which will be developed into a warehousing & logistics park by LOGOS.   

Intellect Design Arena – The company has announced that it will integrate Microsoft Cloud for financial services to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives of corporate banks. The collaboration will see iGTB adopt Microsoft as its preferred cloud platform to remove traditional barriers to banking technology adoption thereby, helping banks go to market 3 to 4 times faster with liquidity, cash management, payments, trade finance & supply chain finance cloud offerings to their corporate clients.  

Asian Granito India – The company has opened its rights issue for its shareholders, which will close on May 10, 2022. The company is raising Rs 441 crore through the rights issue to fund its mega expansion plans for value-added luxury surfaces & bathware segments including glazed vitrified tiles (GVT) tiles, sanitaryware, and SPC flooring, etc. The company’s promoter group shareholders have confirmed their participation of up to 28.99 per cent of the total issue size i.e. up to 100 per cent of their current shareholding, amounting to Rs 128 crore.   

Marksans Pharma – The company recently signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 100 per cent stake in Access Healthcare for Medical Products LLC, a Dubai-based front-marketing and promotion company. This transaction was approved by the board of directors of Marksans Pharma on April 23, 2022.  

Access Healthcare for Medical Products provides pharmaceutical companies with innovative marketing and sales solutions in the MENA (the Middle East & North Africa) region. The company supplies these products in the UAE and other neighboring countries. The company has no debt on its books.    

52-week high stocks – Agro Phos India, Capital Trust, Gokul Refoils & Solvent, De Nora India, Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals, Rajratan Global Wire, Dev Information Technology, Swelect Energy Systems, Bigbloc Construction, and Veranda Learning Solutions made a fresh 52-week high today.
