Ahluwalia Contracts (India): Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has secured an order for Construction of Shell & Core, at Plaksha University at Alpha, Punjab worth of Rs. 55.39 crores approx. The order inflow for the company during the FY 2022-23 stands at Rs.4017.63 crores till date.
Nibe: The Company has received letter of award from Goa Shipyard Limited for supply of Mild Steel and High Tensile Steel Plates with shot blasting and priming for Main Hull and Superstructure of Floating Dock for a total consideration of Rs. 25.18 crores.
Aster DM Healthcare: The company is one of the largest integrated healthcare service providers in the GCC and India, signed a Contract with Faruk Medical City, Iraq’s leading healthcare service provider, to collaborate on capability development and academic and professional training programs for clinical staff and healthcare professionals in Iraq.
Star Housing Finance: The company has received consent for a bonus issue at its shareholder’s meeting. The shareholders and board have also approved the proposal to split the company's shares. The members of the company approved a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 and subdivision of the company's one equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each into two equity shares of the face value of Rs 5 each.
