On Tuesday, the Sensex dipped by 183 points to close at 59,727, while the Nifty 50 slipped by 46.5 points to close at 17,660. Among the BSE Smallcap gainers were Deep Polymers, Asian Granito India, Likhitha Infrastructure and Ugro Capital.   

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, April 19, 2023:    

Kanchi Karpooram: The company informed the exchange that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Prince Housing Chennai Private Limited for the construction of residential and commercial apartments in the Company’s property situated at Purasaiwalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu on a profit-sharing basis.  

Ramco SystemsThe company informed the exchange that Shearwater Health, a leading healthcare solution provider has signed an agreement with global enterprise software provider, Ramco Systems, to implement Ramco’s Global Payroll & Operational HR solution and digitally transform the HR and payroll operations for its 4000+ employees.  

3i Infotech: The company announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), the nation’s largest refiner and fossil fuel retailer, pertaining to Managed Services for the Data Center (DC) IT Infrastructure as part of its contract renewal in the new financial year. The total contract value is Rs. 16.29 crore for a period of 3 years.
