EKI Energy Services: The company announced that it has tied up with Singapore-based Impact Capital Assessment Management Pte Ltd for launching India’s first-ever 1,000 crore climate impact funds to develop climate change projects across remote locations in India. EKI and ICAM will operate in share a ratio of 51:49.
Newgen Software Technologies: The company announced its Quarterly Results today wherein, its revenue climbed over 22 per cent in Q2FY23 to Rs 226 crore. The subscription revenue has also surged 30 per cent to Rs 79 crore. The shares of Newgen Software Technologies zoomed 4 per cent to close at Rs 374.74 per share.
Capacite Infraprojects: The company declared that it has received an order worth Rs 150.72 crore from GIFT SEZ Ltd for the construction of IFSCA headquarters building in GIFT SEZ.
Axiscades Technologies: The shares of Axiscades accelerated in today’s trading session on the back of a high price volume breakout. The trading volume saw a spurt of 13.64 times. Its shares rose more than 17 per cent to end the day at Rs 191.30 per share.
Transformers & Rectifiers (India): The company informed that Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Limited has received two orders of transformers for a total contract value amounting to Rs 145 crore from well-known Indian companies. With this order, the company’s order book as of date stands at Rs 1,521 crore.
