On Friday, the Sensex fell by 123.52 points to close at 60,682.70, while the Nifty 50 dropped by 36.95 points to close at 17,856.50. Among the Nifty Top Gainers were Tata Motors, UPL, Cipla, Hero Motocorp and Larsen & Toubro while Adani Enterprises, HCL Technology, Hindalco, Tata Steel and Coal India were among the Top Losers.

Tilak Ventures: The Company informed the exchange that it acquired 51.03 per cent stake in Yosto Venture India Private Limited for Rs 76.50 lakhs. The company is set to subscribe and acquire 1,11,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at issue price of Rs 68.92 per share.
PTC Industries: The Company reported that the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Aerolloy Technologies, received approval from Safran Aircraft Engines to develop and supply critical components for Aircraft engines.
Vascon Engineers: The Company informed the exchange that it has received letter of award amounting to Rs 77.42 crore from Vedanta Limited, for provision of development of landscape, services and infrastructure for cairn oil & gas residential complex at Rajasthan.
