Sensex and Nifty hit a 52-week high of 61,820.47 and 18,357.70 respectively

The barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, surged 1,181.34 points or 1.95 per cent to 61,795.04. The Nifty 50 index gained 321.50 points or 1.78 per cent to 18,349.70. Sensex and Nifty hit a 52-week high of 61,820.47 and 18,357.70 respectively in intraday today.

 

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday, November 14, 2022:

 

Rail Vikas Nigam: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has been declared a successful bidder in an international project in Maldives, named as Development of UTF (Uthuru Thila Falhu- Island) Harbour. This is a strategic project of Govt. of India. The estimated project cost is Rs 1544.6 crores.

 

Mirza International: TNS Hotels and Resorts Private Limited (TNS) currently owns one land parcel in Noida which will be used to construct a new corporate office building of Mirza International Limited. Company to reduce debt. Mirza International Limited is not entering into any hotel business.

 

Hindustan FoodsThe Company announced that an ice cream facility in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh set up by a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has started operating. The company recorded at substantial increase of 43.6 per cent in the PAT at Rs 25.4 crores. The shares of Hindustan Food jumped by nearly 13 per cent on the back of this news.

 

Cochin Shipyard: The shares rose as a result of surge in the trading volume. The stock also made a new 52-week high. The company, in a board meeting, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share.

 

52-week high stocks: Craftsman Automation, Gujarat Themis Biosyn, Ngersoll-Rand (India), and Cochin Shipyard.
