Sensex lost 30 points throughout the day, closing at 58,191 level.

Sensex lost 30 points throughout the day, closing at 58,191 level. In line with this, Nifty50 too fell by mere 15 points to end the day at 17,316 level. Bank Nifty index also slipped 90 points and closed at 39,192 level. 

  

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday, October 10, 2022: 

  

Deep IndustriesNCLT has approved the resolution plan submitted by Deep Industries Ltd through its wholly-owned subsidiary - Deep Onshore Services Private Ltd for the acquisition of Dolphin Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited. The shares made a new 52-week high of Rs 317 per share again today, breaking Thursday’s 52-week high. 

  

RattanIndia EnterprisesRattanIndia Enterprises Ltd that it's acquiring a 100 per cent shareholding in the electric motorcycles market leader - Revolt Motors. The shares of RattanIndia Enterprises rallied nearly 10 per cent to touch a price of Rs 54.90 per share. 

  

Indian Hume PipeThe company announced today that it has received an order from Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran Division worth Rs 194 crore (including GST). The shares of Indian Hume Pipe surged nearly 13 per cent and reached a price of Rs 184 per share. 

  

Max Ventures & IndustriesThe share made a new 52-week high today after a surge in the trading volume. The shares of Max Ventures & Industries reached a level of Rs 204.80 per share. The shares broke the 52-week of Rs 191.95, which was made on Thursday. In the past five trading sessions, the stock has appreciated by nearly 43 per cent. 

  

52-week high stocks: Everest Industries, Kalyan Jewellers India, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, and Power Mech Projects.
