BSE Smallcap index dropped 0.93 per cent to end at 28,175.38. The Top Gainers of the index include Repco Home Finance, TGV SRAAC, Medicamen Biotech, Kesoram Industries, Kanchi Karpooram, and Wockhardt. The Top Losers of the index comprise Nava Ltd, Dynemic Products, INOX Leisure, and Borosil Renewables.

PTC Industries- The company announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of the Electron Beam Cold Hearth Remelting (EBCHR) furnace with a capacity of 5,000 tonnes per annum. With the installation of this EBCHR furnace, the world’s largest titanium recycling facility shall now be set up in India, which would make PTC, one of the very few companies in the world for remelting & recycling titanium scrap within the country along with producing aviation-grade titanium alloy ingots indigenously.
