Top Gainers of the index include Lumax Auto Technologies, Kingfa Science & Technology, ITI, PC Jeweller, Safari Industries, Rajratan Global Wire, Ingersoll Rand and Apar Industries. Top Losers comprise Techno Electric & Engineering, Geojit Financial Services, Aptus Value Housing Finance and GRM Overseas.

IIFL Finance - The Finance Committee of the company’s board of directors has approved the allotment of 100 non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash at par, aggregating to Rs 10 crore on a private placement basis.
Angel One - The company's board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 7.65 per equity share of Rs 10.00 each, as an interim dividend, equivalent to 35 per cent of the consolidated profit after tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
Borosil Renewables - The company has decided to merge SG5 with SG4 expansion with a combined capacity of 1,100 TPD at a revised cost of Rs 400 crore (estimated).
BEML- The company has received an order of 3Ph MEMU for 88 cars worth Rs 261.65 crore (approximately).
