Stocks to watch out for on Tuesday
Sensex dipped by 1,406.73 points or by 3 per cent on Monday to settle at 45,553.96. Following is a list of stocks that will remain in focus today - Thermax Ltd, JSW Steel, Kolte-Patil Developers, UFO Moviez, and Tata Motors.
Thermax Ltd: The company acquired the remaining 24 per cent stake in First Energy Private Limited (FEPL) and hence, the equity shareholding of Thermax in FEPL stands increased from 76 per cent to 100 per cent. Thus, FEPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thermax Ltd.
JSW Steel: JSW Steel Italy Srl, a subsidiary of JSW Steel, has entered into a share purchase agreement with Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), South Africa for the acquisition of GSI Lucchini SpA (GSI) for the cash consideration of Euro 1 million.
Kolte-Patil Developers: The company announced that it has entered into an agreement through its subsidiary, Kolte-Patil I-Ven Townships (Pune) Limited (KPIT) with Planet Smart City for the second and final leg of strategic land monetisation at its project Life Republic for Rs 81.29 crore.
UFO Moviez India: One of India's largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform announced foraying into film distribution so as to position itself as a one-stop pan-India film distributor.
Tata Motors: The automaker announced implementing a price increase across its commercial vehicles' range with effect from January 1, 2020.
