Phoenix Mills: The company including, its subsidiaries, has temporarily closed its malls in Mumbai and Pune until April 30 as per the recent guidelines issued by the Government of Maharashtra under its action plan, ‘Break the Chain’. However, it has permitted outlets to provide essential goods & services, online deliveries and also, allowed F&B outlets to extend delivery/takeaway services.  

Bharti Airtel: The company announced an agreement with Reliance Jio Infocomm to transfer the 'Right to Use' of Airtel's 800 MHz spectrum in Andhra Pradesh (3.75 MHz), Delhi (1.25 MHz) and Mumbai (2.50 MHz) to Jio. The agreement is subject to statutory approvals. Through this agreement, Airtel will receive a consideration of Rs 1,037.6 crore from Jio for the proposed transfer. In addition, Jio will assume future liabilities of Rs 459 crore relating to the spectrum.  

Tata Steel: Tata Steel India achieved the highest-ever quarterly crude steel production of 4.75 million tonnes with a 3 per cent QoQ growth in 4QFY21. Full-year FY21 production was lower by 7 per cent YoY primarily due to the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 1HFY21.  

Tata Steel BSL: Tata Steel BSL achieved the highest-ever quarterly crude steel production of 1.18 million tonnes in registering a growth of 6 per cent QoQ and 5 per cent YoY; FY21 production was lower by 9 per cent YoY primarily due to the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 1HFY21.  

Vaibhav Global: Vaibhav Global’s subsidiary, Shop TJC launches an exclusive TV channel in the UK called, TJC Beauty.  

Tata Steel Long Products: Tata Steel Long Products achieved the highest-ever quarterly crude steel production of 186 thousand tonnes with a growth of 7 per cent QoQ and 19 per cent YoY on the back of debottlenecking at steel melting shop and arcing; FY21 production was also the highest-ever with 11 per cent YoY growth despite the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company: The company has joined a consortium for retail payments ‐ Vishwakarma Payments Pvt Ltd, that has applied for a new umbrella entity licence for retail payments with RBI.  

Wonderla: Wonderla Bangalore announces the closing of water rides from April 7, as per the latest government order.  

Persistent Systems: ISG names Persistent a rising star for digital transformation in 2020 ISG Provider Lens™ 2020 for healthcare digital services report for the US.   

Salasar Techno Engineering: Salasar launches heavy structural steel manufacturing unit.   

Alkem Laboratories: DigiHealth Technologies LLP has completed the acquisition of 91.8 per cent of the shareholding in Pharmarack by purchase of shares from multiple shareholders in various lots.
