NHPC: The board of directors of NHPC has approved the proposal regarding the formation of a joint venture (JV) company for implementation of Ratle Hydroelectric Project (850 MW) in Chenab River Basin in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. The board has also accorded its investment approval to contribute initial equity of Rs 51 crore by NHPC Limited in the JV company, to be promoted jointly by NHPC (51 per cent) and Jammu & Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Limited (JKSPDCL-49 per cent).
Prabhat Dairy: In connection with the aforesaid delisting offer, the company has informed that confirmation has been received from the acquirers that Kfin Technologies Private Limited has completed the dispatch of the letter of offer on March 20, 2021 to all the public shareholders of the company whose names appear in the register of the members.
Great Eastern Shipping Ltd: The company signed a contract to buy a second-hand midsize gas carrier of about 35,188 cbm. The 2006 Korean-built vessel is expected to join the company’s fleet in Q1FY 2021-22.
