AU Small Finance Bank: The Capital Raising Committee of the board of directors approved allotment of 50,00,000 shares of face value Rs 10 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 1,251 per cent equity share.   

NIIT: NIIT (USA) Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NIIT Ltd, has signed a managed services agreement with a US-based financial services organisation (an existing client) to provide a range of learning services. The term of the agreement is 5 years. Both companies see this as a significant partnership to transform the effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory & compliance learning within the financial services sector. 

Tata Communication: The government will sell up to a 16.12 per cent stake.  

Mind Industries: Uno Minda embarks on organisation and business transformation, which will reimagine, redesign and realign the company businesses, processes, systems & structures to be a future-ready and sustainable organisation.  

HFCL: HFCL signed a share subscription and shareholders' agreement with Nimpaa Telecommunications and its promoter shareholders. The company intends to acquire up to 50 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of Nimpaa, in one or more tranches.

Max Healthcare: The company has purchased 1,26,00,000 equity shares, representing 42.8 per cent of the equity share capital of Saket City Hospitals Limited (SCHL) from Kayak Investments Holding Pte Limited.  

Allcargo Logistics: The directors at their board meeting approved the sale of 100 per cent equity stake in Bantwal Warehousing Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.   

Adani Ports & Logistics: Adani Ports bolsters its global footprint with Colombo Port’s West Container Terminal Partnership thereby, further enhancing the multi-dimensional strategic relationship between India and Sri Lanka.
