HDFC: HDFC reduces its retail prime lending rate (RPLR) on housing loans, on which its adjustable-rate home loans (ARHL) are benchmarked by 5 basis points with effect from March 4, 2021.  

Mahindra Logistics: Mahindra Logistics and Bajaj Electricals announce Project Samriddhi for integrated logistics services. The association marks one of the largest deals in the Indian logistics industry, in excess of Rs 1,000 crore contract values over the next 5 years.  

TCS: TCS named a leader in life & annuities (L&A) insurance application and digital services by Everest Group.   

HCL Technologies: HCL Technologies has been recognised as a leader in IDC MarketScape: Canadian Cloud Professional Services 2021 Vendor Assessment.  

Adani Ports: Adani Ports to acquire 31.5 per cent in Gangavaram Port from Warburg Pincus for Rs 1,954 crore. All India market share rises to 30 per cent.  

IRCTC: IRCTC will operate trips through Golden Chariot from March 14.   

VST Tillers: VST Tillers Tractors has entered into a share purchase agreement for investment in Series A preferred stock of Zimeno Inc (an investee company). The investee company is in the development of electric autonomous tractor.  

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders: The commissioning of the submarine Karanj is scheduled on March 10 and the sea trials of the first ship, Visakhapatnam of Project P-15B, which is due for delivery later this year, has commenced.
