CDSL:  NSE, MCX, IFSC Ltd (India INX), NSDL, and CDSL have signed an MoU for setting up market infrastructure institutions, comprising of International Bullion Exchange, Clearing Corporation & Depository at GIFT City in line with the Government of India objective to make India a price setter in bullion through GIFT International Finance Service Centre (IFSC) and in accordance with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Bullion Exchange) Regulations, 2020 as well as other applicable laws.  

Quess Corp: Quess Corp separates Chairman and MD roles, appoints new CFO.   

Hero MotoCorp: Hero MotoCorp sells more than 5 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters in February 2021.  

PVR: The company announced the opening of three new screens in Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) thereby, upgrading the city’s iconic deep cinemas into a PVR property.  

Coal India: In February 2021, the company witnessed a drop of 6.6 per cent in coal production as compared to the same period last year. Offtake for February 2021 slipped 6.2 per cent as compared to the same period last year.   

Camlin Fine Sciences: Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has issued restart directions with respect to the company’s manufacturing unit situated at Palghar District (Maharashtra) subject to the company fulfilling certain terms and conditions. The company immediately initiated the necessary steps for fulfilling them as mentioned in the said directions.   

UPL: UPL announces long-term collaboration with FMC Corporation for Rynaxypyr® active ingredient.
