Oil India: Oil India Limited (OIL) in consortium with Engineers India Limited (EIL) has decided to bid for acquiring a 61.65 per cent stake of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) in Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL). The bid is to be submitted via a formal process.  

Shilpa Medicare: The company has received an import alert 66-40 on February 17, 2021, pursuant to USFDA inspection of Unit IV, Jadcherla, Telangana facility from February 13-20 and February 24-25, 2020.  

Poly Medicure: Approved closure of QIP as well as the issue price for 76,33,587 equity shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers at a price of Rs 524 per equity share, including a premium of Rs 519 per equity share, which is at a discount of Rs 26.79 (4.86 per cent to the floor price of Rs 550.79 per equity share).   

DLF: DLF Cyber City Developers Limited (DCCDL) has completed the acquisition of 51.8 per cent stake at a consideration of Rs 779.40 crore. Consequently, Fairleaf became a wholly-owned subsidiary of DCCDL.   

Affle: The wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of the company, Affle MEA FZ-LLC has completed the necessary closing conditions for the acquisition of business assets of Discover Tech Limited.   

ACC: The Audit Committee and the board of directors of ACC have approved the renewal of the existing master supply agreement (MSA) with Ambuja Cements for a period of 3 years w.e.f. May 02, 2021, on the same terms of the existing MSA agreement.   

NMDC: After obtaining the lease extension of Donimalai Iron Ore Mine (ML-2396) for 20 years w.e.f. November 3, 2018 from Govt of Karnataka (GoK) and completing the associated statutory requirements, the said Donimalai Iron Ore Mine was restarted on February 18, 2021.  

NLC India: The payment of the principal amount of Rs 850 crore has been made on February 18, 2021 with respect to commercial paper (ISIN no. INE589A14173) as per the terms & conditions of the issue.
