Geojit Financial Services: The company ties-up with Lotusdew to launch small & mid-cap stocks basket using AI as part of its Smartfolios platform Lotusdew Prestige to use unconventional methods like M&A analysis, earnings surprises to spot stocks and leverage on its history of high returns using behavioural finance.  

Compuage Infocom: Atul Mehta, Chairman & Managing Director of Compuage Infocom expressed, “I am very pleased to report that our company has fully recovered from the COVID crisis by surpassing last year’s Q3 revenue and increasing profitability by 13 per cent YoY in Q3FY21.  

Tech Mahindra: The company is set to support an end-to-end IT transformation for Germany-based telecommunications provider, Telefonica Germany/O2.

HCL Technologies: The company has clarified on the news article, ‘HCL Tech plans $500 million overseas bond issue’. It has said that the company, in the normal course of its business, evaluates options & opportunities that may be optimal for managing its financial requirements and lately, have been evaluating alternatives to reduce the financing cost of the current debt on the balance sheet of some of its subsidiaries. In this background, it has respectfully submitted that no event has occurred that has triggered an obligation for the company to make a disclosure.  

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders: The company has delivered the third Scorpene submarine of Project P-75 to the Indian Navy' subsequently, to be commissioned into India Navy as INS Karanj.
