HCL Infosystems: The board of directors of HCL Infosystems has approved, subject to shareholder’s approval & statutory authorities, the sale of HCL Infotech Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary to Novezo Consulting Pvt Ltd as per the terms & conditions of the share purchase agreement.  

KRBL: The custody of Anoop Kumar Gupta, Joint Managing Director has further been extended by 2 days till February 12, pursuant to the order of Special Judge, Rouse Avenue Courts dated February 10, 2021.  

InterGlobe Aviation: The company had filed an application for settlement before SEBI in a relation to a show cause notice dated November 10, 2020. SEBI accepted the company’s application for the settlement of the adjudication proceeding initiated by SEBI against the company, pursuant to the show cause notice and issued the settlement order. The company has paid an amount of Rs 2,10,37,500 towards the settlement of the aforesaid adjudication proceeding. The settlement order records that the company’s offer to settle was on the basis that the company neither admits nor denies the violations alleged in the show cause notice.  

Shree Renuka Sugars: The board of directors of the company, considered & approved the capacity expansion for ethanol production from 720 kilolitres per day (KLPD) to 970 KLPD.
