UPL: UPL has denied a report appearing in certain sections of the media that SEBI has initiated a forensic audit with respect to the whistleblower complaint. UPL is asking SEBI to inquire about this and similar malicious reporting in the last few months.

Cipla: Cipla announces the settlement of Revlimid® (Lenalidomide) capsules patent litigation.

Wonderla: Wonderla Bangalore Park operations have been kept on hold till the license is formally approved.

KEC International: The company secured new orders worth Rs 1,438 crore across its various businesses.

JSPL: Standalone Production-up by 15 per cent (YoY) in November 2020 with 6,14,000 tonnes. Exports contributed to 21 per cent of the total sales volumes with 1,19,000 tonnes.

Max Ventures & Industries: The company has issued a continuing guarantee on December 10, 2020, in the favour of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited for securing the term loan facility availed by Max Square Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the company from IndusInd Bank Limited.

Central Bank of India: Central Bank of India's Capital Raising Committee approved the proposal for raising capital funds up to Rs 500 crore.
