Maruti Suzuki India: Over the past year, the cost of the company's vehicles have been impacted adversely due to an increase in various input costs. Hence, it has become imperative for the company to pass on some impact of the above additional cost to customers through a price increase in January 2021.

M&M: M&M has informed that the operations of the company in the automotive sector will be affected by the global supply shortage of micro-processors (semiconductors) used in the electronic control unit (ECUs), which is supplied by Bosch Limited. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has redeemed $18,25,00,000 in the aggregate principal amount of its 2021 notes, representing approximately 91.25 per cent of the aggregate principal amount of the 2021 notes at the time of initial listing. As of the date of this announcement, US $17,500,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 2021 notes remains outstanding.
