Future Lifestyle Fashions: Identified lenders, concerned banks, and the company have executed necessary agreements, deeds, undertakings, and relevant documents on April 30, 2021, for the implementation of one-time resolution (OTR) plan under Reserve Bank of India, August 6, 2020 circular on the resolution framework for COVID-19 related stress.
Advani Hotels & Resorts: The hotel operations of Caravela Beach Resort (Goa) will remain temporarily suspended w.e.f. May 4, 2021, with a view to contain the spread of Coronavirus (COVID 19).
Tata Motors: The company’s sales in the domestic and international market for April 2021 stood at 41,858 vehicles.
Maruti Suzuki: Maruti Suzuki posted total sales of 1,59,691 units in April 2021. Total sales in the month include domestic sales of 1,37,151 units, sales to other OEMs 5,303 units & exports of 17,237 units.
Mahindra & Mahindra: The overall auto sales (passenger vehicles + commercial vehicles + exports) for the month of April 2021 stood at 36,437 vehicles. In the utility vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 18,186 vehicles in April 2021. The passenger vehicles segment (which includes UVs, cars & vans) sold 18,285 vehicles in April 2021.
Hero MotoCorp: Hero MotoCorp sold 3,72,285 units in the month of April 2021. The sales in April 2021 were subdued due to the temporary closure of plant operations along with the retail outlets across several key territories in India on account of the impact of the second wave of COVID-19.
Escorts: Escorts Agri Machinery sold 6,979 tractors in April 2021.
Atul Limited: Sales for the month of April came in at 915 vehicles.
CDSL: Total profit after tax for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, increased by Rs 23.50 crore (84 per cent) to Rs 51.64 crore from Rs 28.14 crore (Q4FY 2019-20).
RPG Life Sciences: For the full year, the company’s revenue grew from Rs 375.57 crore to Rs 389.14 crore while PBT grew from Rs 36.45 crore to Rs 53.58 crore over the last year. EBITDA margin also improved from 15.9 per cent in FY20 to 18.2 per cent in FY21, maintaining its upward trajectory. Q4 revenue was also up from Rs 88.67 crore to Rs 92.76 crore and PBT was up from Rs 3.14 crore to Rs 8.95 crore versus last year.
Coal India: Coal production in April 2021 stood at 41.9 million tonnes as against 40.4 million tonnes in April 2020. Offtake actual this year stood at 54.1 million tonnes as against 39.1 million tonnes in April 2020.
Welspun Corp: The company has received an amount of Rs 225 crore on business transfer agreement for the sale of PCMD Division while the balance consideration shall be received by the company by May 31, 2021.
