Small-Cap Funds with best ratings
Small-cap funds are one of the best performing category funds in the last one year. On average, they have generated returns of 81.3 per cent last year, while its benchmark index has given a return of 79.91 per cent in the same period.
Many investors select funds based on how they are rated by some of the most popular mutual fund rating agencies. They repose their faith in the best-rated funds. We have tried to assimilate how rating agencies have rated different small-cap funds.
What is interesting to note is that none of the small-cap funds has got five stars by all the agencies. The best rating got by is the Axis Small-Cap fund, which got five stars rating from two agencies.
