Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on September 30

The broader markets were in mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 0.28 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.07 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the red on Monday with the Sensex down 1.49 per cent at 84,300 and the Nifty-50 down 1.41 per cent at 25,811. About 1,821 shares have advanced, 2,221 shares have declined and 151 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.28 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.07 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Tube Investments of India Ltd, NMDC Ltd and Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Vakrangee Limited, Saregama India Ltd and AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Metals Index and BSE Commodities Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Bankex Index and BSE Auto Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.74 lakh crore or USD 5.66 trillion as of September 30, 2024. On the same day, 302 stocks hit a 52-week high while 58 stocks touched a 52-week low.
